Refund Policy
At Upscale Nail Salon, we take pride in the quality of our services and aim to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for. Because our services are personalized and time-based, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that certain situations may arise.
No Refunds on Services
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. Once a service has been completed, we are unable to offer reimbursement for time or products used.
Service Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon, or contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We are happy to evaluate the issue and offer a complimentary adjustment, at our discretion, if it aligns with our quality standards.
Refunds on Products
Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Missed Appointments &
Late Cancellations
Refunds are not provided for no-shows or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the service and time reserved.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving billing errors, double charges, or unexpected service issues, management may approve a partial or full refund. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing via email to info.upscalenails@gmail.com
